By engaging with Memicare, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information to us to enable the effective delivery of services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare laws and privacy standards.
- Meet any financial obligations outlined in contracts, including payment terms.
3. Use of Website

8. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Terms, rates, and due dates will be outlined in the contract between Memicare and each client. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day the payment is overdue, beginning on the day after the due date. Alternatively, a 1.5% monthly interest fee may be applied to the total overdue amount, whichever is higher.

Service Suspension: Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms in the contract. In the event of termination:
- All outstanding payments must be settled.
- Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed according to the contract terms.
10. Amendments to Terms
Memicare reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating to clients. Your continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
